ANNUAL SOUTHSIDE FITNESS CHRISTMAS GET-TOGETHER and AWARDS NIGHT

Forty Seven turned up for this years Annual Christmas Get-together and Awards night in the Eden Lounge in Ballinteer on Saturday evening the 7th of December 2019. Great group, atmosphere music, and craic, from 8-30pm to 2am approx!!!

The Awards are presented to those who, for their own Health and Fitness benefits, have not only attended many classes in one year, and over a three year period, but have lost a reasonable amount of unwanted body fat, demonstrated improved upper, core, and lower body strength, by the various tests available at different times throughout the year, and improved their Cardiovascular Endurance, another fitness test available from time to time through-out the year.

AWARD WINNERS for 2019 were: 1. TEAM OF THE YEAR; Suzanne Herlihy, Catherine Ryan, Gill Redmond, and Suzanne Duggan.

2. ENDURANCE ATHLETE 2016-2019; Mary McKeever, Eamonn Phillips, and Catherine Ryan.

3. FEMALE FITNESS PERSONS OF THE YEAR; Caroline Keane, Eimear Hayden, and Jackie Burke.

4. MALE FITNESS PERSON OF THE YEAR; Pierce Ivory.
