Last Pilates Improvers session for 2016 and Latest News 26-10-2016

Last Improvers Pilates & Corrective Exercise ‘6 week’ session starts on Monday Nov 7th in Terenure Badminton centre and should finish on Dec 12th. The session can cater for 14/15 max and there are 4  places left.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                If numbers are available there is a possibility of a Beginners/Improvers session on Friday evenings from 7-8pm.         If interested in either evenings you can contact o87 2205044 to book a place. The cost is 50 euro for the 6 week session.

Circuit Training In St Colmcilles.

The car park in St Colmcilles Community school does not cater for the numbers attending the after school evening classes and especially when the parent-teacher meetings are scheduled. Anyone attending our circuit training class on a Tuesday have a number of options if driving; 1. Allow an extra 5/10 min to find a parking space. 2. You could try the estates nearby or 3. You could park in the Knocklyon/Super Value shopping centre and walk from there to the school. It shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.

Christmas get-together

The Christmas get-together will be held in the Orchard on Sat Dec 10th and fortunately we thought to reserve early and have the same area booked as last year. We had 35-40 last year and once again all are welcome.
