Making and storing a 9/10 day, @ two portions per day approximately, fruit bowl supply.
The Ingredients for this supply are blueberries, bananas, apples, honey-melon, kiwis and grapes.
Wash the blueberries, grapes and apples. Chop ingredients into bite-size pieces, store in some tubberware containers and freeze.
Yes you’ll have to dig out from the container what you need, when you need it.
If in a hurry out in the mornings, you could use a microwavable Mug, and fill it with what you can fit in.
30 seconds in the microwave should thaw it sufficiently to enjoy.
